Your friendly neighborhood psychologist is well-equipped to understand motivation, behatior, medical needs, emotions, and thoughts. All of these interact to impact health beahavior change.
Some people find it useful to meet for a one-time consultation. This single session helps identify values/motivators, establish goals, and sets up a realistic plan for action.
